          If you think your site qualifies to the few rules we have stated, please feel free to submit yourself to the quene. If your site does not contain any information, stories, etc. of romance or love, it will be taken out of the quene. If there are any broken links when Matthew or Monique go through this will also take you out of the listings of sites. We are only trying to be fair, so please do not take offence if you are not placed into the ring.
          After you have submited into the ring, please take the code sent to

          Matthew and Monique are proud to say that since the start of Roses~N~Romance, it has grown quite rapidly! It is great to see all the wonderful people that have join, and we hope that we continue to see all the love placed into this ring! The idea of having a webring at first was overwelming, but it took to a rocky start. Now that the ring has grown emencely, Monique and Matthew are happy they kept it up and going and will continue to do so!
